1- CISDL “ Centre For International Sustainable Development Law “ (2006-2007) located at McGill University (Montreal-Canada) where I enjoyed working on very specialized topics by preparing legal works, providing consultancies, studies, seminars and drafts in subjects related to the sustainable development in International Trade and Health law.
2- USAID (United States Agency for International Development) and WTO (World Trade Organization), project with the government of Lebanon (2001-2002), where I provided them with professional legal consultancies, conducted legal researches, meetings, analysis, drafted and played a key role in implementing legal reforms to bring Lebanon foreign trade regime into full conformity with the WTO rules in fields of International Trade and IP Law.
3- Net2Phone and Efonica FZ-LLC (1997 till 2004), two major American telecommunication companies, provided them with legal services for their operations in the Middle East.
